Hi there! I’m Jennel - chef, wellness coach, and creator of Love to Be Nourished. With over 25 years of experience as a private chef, I bring a deep appreciation for meals that nourish and meet individual needs. I’m a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education, the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and Old Dominion University, where I earned a degree in Human Services.

Food has always been more than sustenance for me - it’s a foundation for physical and emotional well-being. After healing my own relationship with food, my work naturally expanded to help others develop a more peaceful, grounded approach to eating and self-care.

My coaching is rooted in compassion, practical self-awareness, and realistic habit-building. I believe wellness is about more than food alone, it’s about how you support your body, navigate your thoughts, and build habits that fit your life. Together, we focus on steady changes that encourage long-term well-being.
