For those who find it helpful, I can also provide meal planning guidance tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences. The goal is always to meet you where you are, offering the tools and strategies that fit your unique lifestyle.

Coaching sessions can take place over the phone, through video calls, or a mix of both — whatever feels most comfortable and convenient for you. By default, sessions are held by video so we can connect face-to-face, but if you’d prefer a phone call, just leave me a note in the booking form.

Coaching Session Guidelines & Info

I want your sessions to feel clear, supportive, and stress-free. Here’s what to know before we meet:
​Scheduling & Format
Sessions are booked online and take place by Zoom or phone—whatever feels best for you.
Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
​
What to Expect
Each session is [60 minutes] of one-on-one holistic support. Together, we’ll explore your goals, challenges, and next steps. Please note: coaching is a supportive practice and not a replacement for medical or mental health care.

Preparing for Your Session
Choose a quiet space where you can feel present and comfortable. Many clients also like to bring a journal or pen to
jot down insights.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens — I understand. You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance. If a change is made within 24 hours of your session, the full fee may still apply. Email requests to lovetobenourished@gmail.com
I value your time and will take the same care with scheduling — if I ever need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to give you as much notice as possible.

Refunds & Packages

Refunds are available only for unused sessions. Once a session has been completed, that portion of the package is non-refundable.

Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Payment processing fees are not refundable.

Packages of multiple sessions are paid upfront, with savings automatically applied. Unused sessions in a package may be rescheduled as needed, but once used, they cannot be refunded.

No-Shows
If you miss your session without notice, it will be counted as used.

Payment is due at the time of booking.

Your privacy matters deeply. Everything you share in a session is held in confidence.
